The Scent: A citrus hybrid, Blood Lime produces a balanced scent of Blood Orange and Lime. While it looks like a regular lime outside, the flesh is red, like a blood orange. The Blood Lime was created to thrive in high salt environments, but at Demeter, we love it because it is an incredibly full-flavored cross of two of our favorite citrus scents.
The Inspiration: The blood lime is a cross between the red finger lime and the Ellendale Mandarin hybrid, which is itself a sweet orange/mandarin cross.
